Refund policy

We'll know you'll love your print, but if for some reason you don't, we'll take care of it.

We have a 15-day print perfect guarantee. Which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. 

To be eligible for a return, your print must be in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original shipping packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at theantiquecartographer@gmail.com and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed promptly once your return is received and normally take 2-4 business days to post to your account.
